The hilt itself is crafted from a durable blend of plastic and metal, measuring 13” in length with a diameter of 3 1/2”. To activate the Lightsaber sounds and illuminate the attachable red blade, simply push the switch located on the hilt. The battery compartment, conveniently located in the handle, requires 3 x AA batteries, which are included for immediate use.
