UKCCTVINSTALLATIONS.CO.UK (a UKeHUB Limited Venture) is the organization responsible for the design, installation and/or maintenance of the facility that is the subject of this agreement, sometimes referred to as “our” or “we” in these terms and conditions. “CUSTOMER”: the person or organization that signed this contract, which is sometimes referred to as “you” or “yours” in these terms and conditions of sale. `PREMISES` means the premises defined in the specifications. “INSTALLATION” is the installed CCTV system as defined in the specification. “INSTALLATION STANDARD”: the standard according to which the equipment must be installed and / or maintained, as well as all other formal requirements defined as a condition of the supervisory authority by which the company is approved. “CONTRACT”: the offer, specification and/or maintenance and acceptance at the same time as these general conditions of sale. “SPECIFICATION” means the design specification that defines the level of ccTV monitoring made possible by the security installation; It is an integral part of this treaty. “OFFER” means the proposed price for the equipment (the cost of the package), its installation and/or maintenance, as indicated in this contract and on the official offer of the company. “SIGN-OFF FORM” means the date on which the agreed installation was completed and/or sign-OFF FORM signed. i) You agree to allow us and our employees full access to your premises in order to examine, measure, install, test and maintain the devices. They also agree to provide sufficient power supply to ensure the proper functioning of the devices. If our work is interrupted or delayed due to an access problem or if the power supply is insufficient, we may charge an additional fee.
We are not responsible if completion is delayed due to circumstances that have no influence. By serving the contract with us, you warrant that you have full authority to authorize the installation and that no further consent is required. If we cannot configure remote display on the day of the planned installation due to computer problems, ISP unavailability or missing details such as router IP address, username and password, additional fees will be charged for remote configuration or a new visit to complete the configuration. The company cannot be held responsible for customer computer problems such as changing routers, connection failures, changing Internet service providers, re-initiating the router, mobile phone, loss of router settings or a new operating system. ii) The equipment is yours only after it has been paid for in full. If you do not pay the balance of the installation fee by the due date, we have the right to remove the equipment from your premises without notice. By serving this contract with us, you irrevocably encourage us to enter your premises to collect the equipment if payment has not yet been made. iii) If you terminate our contract less than one week (7 calendar days) before the scheduled installation date, we may charge you for all devices we have purchased for your PREMISES and charge you a reasonable fee for damages for infringement. However, a cancellation overhead of at least 150 or 7% of the contract amount is levied, whichever is greater.
(iv) engineers are encouraged to work outside of standard facility practices. Unless this is stated in the factory plan or we have been notified in writing when making our initial offer available.. . .
